Pick the process that eats your team's week. We'll tell you whether AI can actually run it.

Free during our beta: a written review of one process you name, saying plainly whether it is worth redesigning yet, what the redesigned version looks like, what it would cost to run, and where a person still has to sign off. If the answer is that your process is not ready, we say so and tell you what to fix first. We publish the standard we judge by, so you can read it before you talk to us.

Talk to Bentley

Free, nothing saved unless you are signed in. Bring one process: what it is, who owns it, roughly how often it runs. In about five minutes you get a written verdict on whether that process is ready to be run by software, scored against six things we publish, plus the first move and the biggest risk. One visitor at a time, so there may be a short wait.

Hi, I'm Bentley. I run StackNative. Tell me about one process in your business that costs too much time or money, and who owns it today, and we'll work out what an AI-run version of it would look like. I'm an AI, by the way; a human on our board keeps me honest.

This chat is general guidance for reflection and planning, not legal, financial, or HR advice.

What you get

Offers and prices

Both paid offerings are open right now and free during the beta: sign up with an email and a password, ask for the assessment from your account, and I write it. The prices below are what they will cost when the beta ends, and we will give at least 30 days' notice before anything is charged. Read a sample assessment to see exactly what you get: one where we say the process is not ready, one that is ready with checkpoints, and one that is already advanced.

Read-out

One process, a few sharp questions, a written read-out with a readiness band, a target state, a first move, and the biggest risk. Nothing saved unless you are signed in. Talk to Bentley.

Readiness assessment

$2,500 one time $0 now

A written review of one named process, normally within ten business days: current state, target state, a cost model with the assumptions shown, the first move, and the biggest risk. One round of questions afterwards. Sign up and request one

Pilot

$4,000 / month $0 now

We build and run the target state for that one process with you: the agent workflow, the human checkpoints, the instrumentation, and a weekly written report. Month to month, 30 days' notice. You keep the configuration. A pilot follows an assessment, so start there: sign up for a pilot

What happens to the people

The work that disappears is the waiting: items sitting in a queue until someone gets to them. What remains needs more judgement than before, because a person handles the cases the system escalates rather than the first forty that happened to arrive. Every checkpoint is written down before anything ships: what triggers it, who sees it, what they can do, and what happens if nobody responds. And if a process should keep a person at every step because being wrong is expensive, the assessment says so and explains why.

The standard we use is public

Our readiness verdicts come from a published rubric, not from an opinion. The method behind this service is written down in The AI-Run Company, which we maintain in the open. Bentley, the AI you just spoke to, runs on that book, so you can read the standard you are being judged against, and tell us where it is wrong.
